In episode 12 of HDSLR 101 we show you several workflow options for working with audio and your DSLR footage. These include using a clap board, syncing audio manually and with PluralEyes, and techniques for making your editing a little easier.
HDSLR 101 #12: Sound and Audio Post Production

This is a straight forward way of syncing double system sound. I do like PluralEyes, but the workflow of exporting XML and reimporting it seems a bit burdensome. I guess it make sense if you have a huge group of clips to sync (like scenes in a feature) over a small group (like a :30 sec spot). Over all, great job!
